- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have lived in Grand Marais for my entire life and I had a problem with a medication I was taking. I called my doctor who was out of town and didnt get back to me and I was having a serious problem, it went on for three weeks and I finally called the pharmacist. Mr. Gaylord used to own it and was extremly kind, professional and knowledgeable. Then a pharmacist named Nikki owned it and was also decent. Whoever is there now is an absolute A$$. He made me feel embarassed to ask a question, didnt answer it, and was immature and COMPLETLY not professional. I have gone to the Arrowhead Pharmacy for the last 21 years of my life and I am switching my business to another pharmacy. I am EXTREMLY upset at the service I got and because of him I am switching.
